Friday, December 2, 2016 – Cardio Day- DONE!  2k walk with the dogs (Onyx got scared and made the executive decision to turn around and head for home).

Sunday, December 4, 2016 – JM video 5 -  DONE!   Also Twin 2 had her “girls” over for the “old crew” work party.

Monday, December 5, 2016 – JM Video 6 – DONE!  A 5K walk with Wi and the pups

Tuesday, December 6, 2016 – Cardio Day - DONE! Twin 1 went for her 5k walk with the pups (as noted above) and Twin 2 did 40 min on the bike.
