Workout Wednesday

Not much to report this week.  We fell off the wagon.

Wednesday, December 14th 2016 - JM Video 7 - NOTHING!

Thursday, December 15th, 2016 - JM Video 8 - NOTHING!

Friday, December 16th, 2016 - Cardio - NOTHING!

Saturday, December 17th, 2016 - REST DAY - Twin 1 and her hubby took the pups to Ashburn

Sunday, December 18th, 2016 - JM Video 7 - Twin 1 didn't feel like doing Video 7 so her and Sister Wi took the pups to Ashburn for an hour and then she did the Bike for 30 min

Monday, December 19th, 2016 - JM Video 8 - Still no video - Twin 1 and Sister Wi took the pups to Ashburn for 40 min - COLD!

Tuesday, December 20th, 2016 - Cardio - Twin 1 and sister Wi took the pups to Ashburn for hour and a half and then Twin 1 came home and sucked it up and did video 7.
