Thursday, May 7 - HIIT 20 & Sculpt 30 - Done by Twin 1. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO OUR WIWL SISTER WIWWIA. Twin 2 had a BBQ for her which was wonderful.
Friday, May 8 - Fire 55 EZ - DONE
Saturday, May 9 - Core 20 & Stretch 40 - DONE (Twin 2 also made up a Fire 45 ez video from the previous Friday and the HIIT 20 video from Thursday)
Sunday, May 10 - Fire 45 & Stretch 10 -DONE
Monday, May 11 - Fire 55 EZ - DONE
Tuesday, May 12 - Fire 30 & Sculpt 30 - DONE

The weather is getting better. Still hit and miss but on Sunday it was warm and be-u-ti-ful. We were going to go for our first bike ride of the season but after we went grocery shopping we went back to Twin 2's house for coffee and cookies instead. Coffee & cookies trumps all other activities. Twin 2 and her husband got out for a little one later in the day.

Tip Tuesday
When you'll be going for a long run or event, don't eat
anything new. You know your body best, so in the days leading up to the
long distance, stick to foods you've eaten before and that you know your
stomach can easily digest.
