Wha'd up?
As Twin 1 stated a few weeks ago she was going to get Onyx a new bed....as you can see she wasn't quite fond of it in the beginning but she is now. She has warmed up to the couch as well.
So these have finally got hung. The flowers were from our thrift store trip with Twin 2's husband we wrote about a while ago. Also, Twin 1's husband has finally put up his dart board after 4 years. Needless to say there has been a lot of darts thrown since then.

Find your sweet spot
Write down your workouts, then color-code how they made you feel: yellow for amazing, orange for just OK and red for total crap. It's a visual way of seeing how your body responds and will help you pick up patterns. For example, if you're always orange or red around your period, that's a sign that you should be doing lighter workouts on those days.—Jenny Hadfield
