No green grass yet but some flowers are sprouting in the gravel driveway.
Twin 2 found $1 on her Mile a Day on Monday.  This challenge pays for itself!

Headless Mannequin

Ricki's is closing out in some places and we walked in the store in DM crossing and these were for sale!  What a great motivator as who doesn't want to look like this?  We did not buy one but it would be an idea to stick in the gym LOL. 






Workout Wednesday

Wednesday, April 29 - REST DAY!! We were supposed to make up our Stretch 40 video today but we both dislike it that much that we will at another day and time.

Thursday, April 30 - HIIT 15 &Tone 30 - DONE!

Friday, May 1 - Fire 45 EZ & Stretch 10 - Twin 1 DONE - Twin 2 feel asleep on the couch. 

Saturday, May 2 - Core 20 & Stretch 40 - DONE! 

Sunday, May 3 - Fire 55 EZ - DONE!  Also for our mile a day we decided to go for a 4k run at 8 am.  Such a beautiful morning.  Sooo overdressed.  

Monday, May 4 - Fire 45 & Stretch 10 - DONE!

Tuesday, May 5 - HIIT 20 & Stretch 10 -DONE!

We've also been doing our Mile a day in May as well.
