Workout Wednesday
We took a little break this week and here is what we did.
Wednesday, September 28, 2016 – we were supposed to run but went
to see Danny Bhoy instead. He’s a comedian
and if you ever get a chance to see him then please do. Very funny.

Friday, September 30, 2016 – Ran in the trail by Twin 1’s.
Very cranky run but got it done with the pups.
W = 10 min
R = 2 miles (3.2k) W = 5 min
Total = 43:39 min 4.66k = 9:22min/k

Saturday, October 1, 2016 – Twin 1 went for a walk in the
woods with B and the pups. We checked
out Whopper Trail/Susie lake (behind Bayers Lake) area. It’s a great walk and so pretty this time of
year.

Sunday, October 2, 2016 – Bike & JM video 1
E = 10 min
T = 30 min
E = 5 min
Total = 45 min, 7k
We have decided to start the JM videos as well to get some strength
training in.

Monday, October 3, 2016 – Run in the trail by Twin 1’s
without the pups. The run feels a bit
easier without them on the end of a leash.

R = 2 miles (3.2 k)
W = 5 min
