Workout Wednesday


We took a little break this week and here is what we did.

Wednesday, September 28, 2016 – we were supposed to run but went to see Danny Bhoy instead.  He’s a comedian and if you ever get a chance to see him then please do.  Very funny.

Thursday, September 29, 2016 – REST DAY – HAIRCUT DAY at Dime Salon. If you require a hairdresser check out Dime Salon and ask for Orla.  Tell her The Twins sent you.

Friday, September 30, 2016 – Ran in the trail by Twin 1’s. Very cranky run but got it done with the pups.

W = 10 min
R = 2 miles (3.2k)
W = 5 min

Total =   43:39 min 4.66k = 9:22min/k

Saturday, October 1, 2016 – Twin 1 went for a walk in the woods with B and the pups.  We checked out Whopper Trail/Susie lake (behind Bayers Lake) area.  It’s a great walk and so pretty this time of year.




Then Saturday afternoon/early evening we went golfing.  We showed up in the same outfit.

We have decided to start the JM videos as well to get some strength training in.

Monday, October 3, 2016 – Run in the trail by Twin 1’s without the pups.  The run feels a bit easier without them on the end of a leash.

R = 2 miles (3.2 k)
W = 5 min

Total = 39:40min , 4.58k 8:40min/k

Tuesday, October 4, 2016 – Bike & JM video 2 (Twin 1 only did the video and will make up the Bike on Thursday)
