Friday Funny


The twins and sista Wi are off to Moncton this weekend for a get away.  We promise to have some posts of substance next week.

Workout Wednesday

This post may be a little confusing as it confuses us and that is why we CANNOT SKIP WORKOUTS cause it messes with us and the schedule.

Wednesday May 20th - Scheduled REST DAY but we did Fire 45/55 & Core 20 (make up videos) - Both of the fire 45 and Fire 55 are scheduled to be made up.  Twin 1 did Fire 45 and Twin 2 did Fire 55.

Thursday, May 21st - Fire 30, Tone 30 - Rested- no excuse  BOOOOOOOOO

Friday, May 22nd - Fire 55 EZ - DONE! and Twin 1 made up Tone 30 from the day before.

Saturday, May 23rd - Fire 45, Stretch 40 (make up video) - DONE! Except the Stretch 40.  Twin 2 made up the Fire 30 & Tone 30 from Thursday and Twin 1 made up the Fire 30 from Thursday.

Sunday, May 24th - Core 20, Stretch 40, Fire 30 (make up video) - DONE! Except the Fire 30.  We also went for an hour hike in the Bluff Wilderness Trail. 

Monday, May 25th - Fire 55 EZ - DONE! And we did a 2.6k run, YAY us!  We won't go into dets as to how long it took us to make up our minds whether to go or not.  The important part is the fact that we got out and did one.  

Tuesday, May 26th - Fire 30, Sculpt 30- DONE!

Tip Tuesday

Start your recovery early.  Refueling after a long run is essential to help your body recover quickly.  Eat or drink about 200 or 300 calories of carbohydrates and some protein within an hour of finishing.
