Workout Wednesday

4 WEEKS TILL THE BLT 5K.  Time is flying by.  Only a few days until October.

Wednesday, September 21 2016 - Run at Point Pleasant with the pups at 5:00 p.m with Sister Wi. She walked while Twin 1 ran back and forth so she wouldn't get lost.  Twin 2 was still working in DM

R - 1 mile (1.6k)
W - 5 min
R - 6 min, W - 1 min X3
W - 10 min

Total = 59 min. 6k @ 10:00/km

Thursday, September 22, 2016 - Originally a REST day but Twin 1 did the bike workout that was skipped on Tuesday.  Twin 2 was tying up the last day in DM and got home late.

Friday, September 23, 2016 - We both took a rest day as it was Travel day to Pugwash for our Family Golf tournament weekend.

Saturday, September 24, 2016 - Rest day again.  We walked along the Beach in Pugwash outside the cottage and also played 9 holes in the Luddington Invitational

Sunday, September 25, 2016 - Rest day again.  Traveled back to Halifax from Pugwash and was tired and had everything to do to get ready for the week.

Monday, September 26 2016 - Ran at Twin 2's in the trail with the Pups.  Nice fall day.
