Ingredients
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped broccoli
1 lb of ground turkey
1 pack of chili seasoning
1 bell pepper chopped
1 cup of zucchini chopped
2 398 ml cans of fire roasted diced tomatoes
½ cup of chicken broth
Step 1 – Heat up olive oil in a pan and add your carrots and
broccoli and sauté over medium heat until softened
Step 2 – add ground turkey and brown on all sides
Step 3 – add remaining ingredients – chili seasoning, bell
pepper, zucchini, canned tomatoes, chicken broth and mix well
Step 4 – bring to a high simmer then reduce to a low simmer,
cover for 20 minutes
