Wha'd up?

We are still running!!

Also enjoying some walks/hikes at the Bluff. 

Keeping an eye out for bears and coyotes.


Made this salad over the weekend for the week.  We call it "Super Salad".  The ingredients include: spinach, broccoli, feta, cucumber, macadamia nuts, raspberries, blackberries, pumpkin seeds, coconut flakes, and avocado with some olive oil/lemon juice for dressing.  And a little turkey bacon for some animal protein.  YUM! YUM!
