Goals

Month 1 done of our new workout program.  We did not lose a thing except half inch on Twin 2's thigh.  We wont give up!

We added running into the mix last night.  3 days a week and go up by a km each week or two.  Last night we did 1km.

This month is all about eating right, adding in running and keeping on with our weights.
