Workout Wednesday


Not too much to report this week.  We took another break for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

Wednesday, October 5th 2016 – ran on the sidewalks at Twin 1’s house at around 730pm.  Our friend C ran with us as well as she is running the BLT run and hasn’t ran outside in quite some time.  Took a walk break as C’s hip was bothering her.

W – 5 min

 Thursday, October 6th 2016 – REST DAY and Eyebrow day

 Friday, October 7th 2016 – we took another rest day for travel day

 Saturday, October 8th 2016 – we had our Thanksgiving meal but before that we walked back to 2nd lake.  It was a great day until Onyx cut her paw pad.  Luckly the boys had the 4 wheeler so they drove her back home.

 Sunday, October 9th 2016 – Twin 1 was still down home,  Twin 2 was at the in-laws, an auction and touring the pumpkin people.

 Monday, October 10th 2016 – Tense ride back to Halifax for Twin 1.  When she got home she did the chores of getting ready to head back to work and relaxed

Tuesday, October 11th 2016 – Supposed to be BIKE but we opted for another rest day as Twin 2 was working off site again and Twin 1 was at the vet

Now that we are back on schedule with no more holidays and only 2 weeks left until the run we will do better.

With that being said, we had a discussion about whether or not we try and make up the workouts we missed or just continue on with the scheduled workout for the day.  As it's too confusing and life does get in the way at times we decided to just continue on schedule and not worry about the ones we missed.
