Not too much to report this week. We took another break for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

sidewalks at Twin 1’s house at around 730pm.
Our friend C ran with us as well as she is running the BLT run and hasn’t
ran outside in quite some time. Took a
walk break as C’s hip was bothering her.

Tuesday, October 11th 2016 – Supposed to be BIKE but we opted for another rest day as Twin 2 was working off site again and Twin 1 was at the vet
Now that we are back on schedule with no more holidays and only 2 weeks left until the run we will do better.
With that being said, we had a discussion about whether or not we try and make up the workouts we missed or just continue on with the scheduled workout for the day. As it's too confusing and life does get in the way at times we decided to just continue on schedule and not worry about the ones we missed.
