Thursday, Dec 11^th –  Twin 1 did scheduled Video

Friday, Dec 12^th – Twin 1 did scheduled Video

Saturday, Dec 13^th – Twin 1 did 2 hour walk at Ashburn

Sunday, Dec 14^th –  Twin 1 did 1 hour walk at Point Pleasant

Monday, Dec 15^th –  Twin 1 did scheduled video.  Twin 2 did a 30 min walk on the treadmill.

Tuesday, Dec 16^th - Twin 1 did scheduled video.
