Tip Tuesday


Some pain is to be expected during training.  You're more fatigued when building your mileage, and your calves ache after doing track work in spikes or flats.  But if just one hamstring is throbbing, or just your left calf hurts, take notice.  Rest, massage, and cross-training are in order to keep that one side of your body from taking you down.
